Privacy notice.
ConsentGuard Pro is published by DAHMANI LIMITED, company number 14723909, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.
What the widget processes
The widget processes configuration supplied by the site owner and choices supplied by a site visitor. It stores a consent choice in a first-party cookie. When the optional local receipt is enabled, it also stores the latest timestamp, policy revision, and accepted/rejected category names in that visitor's localStorage.
What DAHMANI LIMITED receives
The widget does not send visitor consent choices, page content, contact details, or browsing activity to DAHMANI LIMITED. It requires no DAHMANI LIMITED account, API key, or external tracking endpoint. The marketplace operator may independently process installation, account, billing, and diagnostic information under its own terms.
Purpose and retention
Browser storage remembers and applies the visitor's choice. The site owner chooses a cookie lifetime from 1 to 730 days. The local receipt retains only the latest record until browser storage is cleared.
Sharing, security, and choices
ConsentGuard Pro transmits no widget data to a DAHMANI LIMITED processor. Site owners may connect it to their own providers and control those relationships. The production widget is self-contained and requests no customer API credentials. Visitors can reopen Privacy settings or clear site data through the browser.
