ConsentGuard Pro is supplied by DAHMANI LIMITED, a private company registered in England and Wales under company number 14723909.

Service

ConsentGuard Pro provides a configurable web widget that displays privacy choices and can signal them to compatible site scripts. Features are those described in the current marketplace listing and submitted version.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must configure categories, copy, policy links, scripts, and retention for their own circumstances; test acceptance and rejection; keep disclosures current; and obtain professional advice where needed. The service is a technical tool, not legal advice or a compliance guarantee.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to mislead visitors, conceal tracking, bypass an expressed choice, distribute harmful code, infringe rights, or violate law.

Intellectual property

DAHMANI LIMITED retains rights in ConsentGuard Pro, its configuration experience, brand, and original code. Embedded CookieConsent code remains under its MIT License and copyright notice.

Subscription and cancellation

The marketplace operator administers trials, billing, cancellation, and applicable refunds under the terms shown at checkout. Cancellation stops future renewal; access may continue through the paid period, subject to marketplace behavior.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, DAHMANI LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for a customer's legal, tracking, advertising, or site configuration. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Support, changes, and law

Support is available at mohammed@dahmani.me. Material changes will be reflected in release notes or updated documents. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
